You cannot use webmail in windows anymore go to this link at microsoft http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926374 and it will explain why and also tell you how to install and use windows live mail to redirect you existing accounts yahoo, aol, hotmail etc. Hope this helps. If You have an ISP you CAN use their POP3 SMTP or other redirecting for Your hosted email account through outlook express. Use the express mail wizard it will walk you through the process but You will need the POP3 mail server info from Your ISP before You begin call teck support with Your ISP they SHOULDN'T CHARGE YOU FOR THIS INFO OR TO HELP YOU THAT IS THEIR JOB & YOU PAY A MONTHLY BILL FOR IT ALREADY! I am afraid that your question doesn't make much sense as Outlook is an Email Client and Yahoo is an Email service provider. Try a new question in the Internet section with MUCH more information about what you are trying to do.
