PC wont come ON?

I was playing a game (Medal of Honor Airbourne) when my pc frozed. I tried to press the reset button but nothing happen, the Power and HDD LED light were OFF, but the green LED on the mother board still on. Is it my PSU or the Motherboard needs replacing? I have an ASUS p5n32-E sli plus motherboard and EZcool socket277 PSU. please help.
