How can I get over this problem?

I have just re-installed Win XP Pro on my computer and each time I turn it on it boots but just about when it displays the user login menu it reboots itself.

you have a memory problem with the motherboard you are using, you need to change the memory on your mother board it has to be an even amount as in 16mg 32 mg 64 128 and so forth it cant be mismatched sticks of memory and if that does not help then locate on the web the site for the motherboard and then downlaod a flash for the motherboard. to flash the bios. you may need to download it off someone else's computer to load into yours then if not get a format disc and reformat your harddrive and then reinstall window's
