i used to do this on the old baird vcr's .
first i would check all drive belts (and duff up or replace)
next i check the tape when being taken to the playback heads .
then i would kus myself for buying a "BUSH VCR"
THEN:
I would look about in my tool box for a small flat screwdriver and adjust the "train trak" or "tape guides" , this moves the tape up or down over both playback heads ..the big round shiny one is for picture/video and the small one after this is the control/audio head .
.
i would try the belts first ...
keep the power off ....you cant email in heaven
gods got cut off again ...didnt pay his bill
