assuming you are using windows open START,open all PROGRAMS ,
find and open ACCESSORIES, open SYSTEM TOOLS lastly find and use SYSTEM RESTORE, follow instructions on screen, select a restore point,the restore points will be shaded follow the prompts you will told on screen at the end weather you have successful or not, if not just try a earlier restore point.

I assume you want to restore your computer settings,if so click on the START menu,click ALL PROGRAMS,click ACCESSORIES,go to SYSTEM TOOLS and select SYSTEM RESTORE and follow instructions.
