Can I fit any PIII processor in my PC?

I have a PIII which had a 800mhz processor, it stopped working properly so I borrowed a 1000mhz celeron from another PC. I would like to fit 1400mhz processors to both PC if i can. 800mhz is a 133/256/800.1.4v if that makes any sense.

it depends on the motherboard supporting the clock speed. Take the side panel off, write down the board identity details, email it to me I will then look on the manufacturers website to see if the cpu is supported.
