my camera every time i turn it on they said turn it off and turn it on again i tried so many times but still the same.help me pls

You do not say the make or model of your camera and neither do you say what's wrong with it - all you say is that it's still the same despite turning it on and off.

The chances are that you will either have to get it repaired by a specialist or buy a new one.
