my boiler keeps going out very intermittently and then fails to fire up again it also has low pressure on the gauge, I have tried bleeding my upstairs radiators off recently also but I wasn’t able to fill them fully as there wasn’t enough pressure to do it, but the problem was there before that, its just since I did it the pressure hasn’t come back up on the gauge. Its was around 1-1.5 before but now it just of the 0

Any ideas?

You need to fill the boiler up again with water to maintain its pressure - this is done via the filling loop which allows water into the central heating flow pipe.
