I have an Ei System 1211 laptop. I have located one memory slot under the back panel and have been told the other could be under the keyboard. How do I get to this?

You have to remove the plastic facia. Each laptop is individual - but usually remove plastic facia above the keyboard, unscrew the keyboard and under that is the RAM slot (assume this one is already filled from the manufacturer). Quite a skilled job, so be careful if you attempt this.
