One radiator not heating to the same temperature as the others?

I recently got a new additional radiator installed and it is not heating to the same temp as the rest of the radiators. The radiator is on the same level as the gas boiler. I have tried all the usual things like bleeding it and adjusting the valve etc but no success. Do you think the original pump is sufficient to feed the extra new radiator?

turn off every other radiator in the house apart from this one and run your heating if the radiator is piped up correctly after a couple of minutes you should hear a gargle and the radiator will get hot open rest of valvea on rads and run as normal ps make sure you run heating only
