on several occasions my mp3 has ethier frozen or not turning on, i just simply got something as small as a pin and on the back of the samsumg yp-k3 pressed the pin into the reset and it worked like a charm :)

there's a mini reset button at the back of the player. you'll need something as small as a pin to press it.
