ok i had this item since 2008 december and its 2009 june 25 and during one time of taking it to school i droped it on the floor sitting in a chair while bending down and it fell like 2 to 3 inches out of my hand and it was on as it hit the ground the screen went blank i don't know if the start button is broken or the battery is broke but its screen is good it still charges but it doesn't turn on plz help
