I am unable to load my pictures from the camera to the PC. When I connect the camera to the PC via the USB port, my camera is suppose to read "access" then a menu comes up on the camera prompting me to select the USB mode "PC". This menu doesn't come up. I also tried it on another computer so it is definately a problem with the camera. I did, unfortunately, go through the security conveyer at the airport just before we realized it wasn't working which may have caused the damage. Please let me know if you think it is repairable. Thank you!
