When my phone rings and is answered my broadband connection gets interupted, I have filters on the phone and broadband connectors but still having problems?

You need to have filters on ALL of your phones and things like Sky Boxes.

If that is the case then it sounds like a High Resistance fault on the line. Call your ISP.
