my boiler is only a year old can u tell me the radiators are really warm toped up the system with water we have also bled radiators but the house feels cold any suggestions

the warmth of your house is determined by the room thermostat temperature setting ( this is usually installed in the coldest room/place ) next by how long you have the central heating set on for.
turn your room thermostat up to 20 degrees mark.

make inquiries
see if you can get free or a grant for wall insulation or loft insulation they reckon you need a minimum of 12" insulation up there now
