Does anybody know where I can find some replacement heads?

I had recieved a email from Sparky on my Matsui VP9501 Video Recorder saying that you need to clean or replace the video heads. This is the question:

If no tracking errors present it may be the audio/control head (ACE) but try cleaning. If cleaning does not work I would replace the vcr due to current prices. Aswell as obtaining a replacement head you would also have difficulty installing this as it would have to be correctly aligned using a alignement tape, oscilloscope and the required guide tools.

I have checked on ebay and could not find any replacement heads. Does anybody know where I can find some replacement heads. (Preferbly on the internet)

Have you tried cleaning the head? Dirt is usually the problem and changing them is not usually a DIY proposition.

The audio/control head only is suspect and as the vcr is old the spares will be difficult. SEME in the u.k still list it but may need to have a business account.
Have a look and enter the site as a guest although a price will not be quoted.
Companies I used to deal with are:
C.P.C, Willowvale electronics, seme, charles hyde and son, Nikko electronics along with the various manufacturers.
Matsui are a curry's brand and and Mastercare serviced the brand but although not certain may now be partmaster supplying the spares.
