How can I fix my Worcester Danesmoor 12/14 boiler?

When I just have my water on without heating, all my radiators get hot. This never used to happen. I have had to turn all my radiators down to zero to keep hose cool. My bathroom radiator which I believe is like a release valve gets very hot. can anyone help.
