samsung dvd v70(dvd,vcr combo)?
Hi, i aquired this dvd with a fault, no power, no display.Have opened its cover hoping it would just be a faulty cap in power supply, but noticed a device in the TO-220 size package, that had burnt the p.s board(UK308 and 04N60C3 printed on device), could this be the culprit, what is it, why did it burn the board, is there a substitute, could something else be damaged too, fuse and other components on power supply appear to be ok, i,m just a hobbyist hoping to revive this not so old player,any help would be greatly appreciated,thanks.
