how can i fix my mp4 player, i put songs on it then everything went chinese and now when i turn it on all it does is stay on a screen with a hour glass so can somebody please help me! its a i-power mp4 digital player!

these mp4 players from ebay are a nightmare. i have had 3 of them.. try a firmware update from the disk if not its probably dead. same thing happened to me but it was replaced. now the new one i got has no battery life, just about 3 secs lol
