a u gauge gives the engineer the gas pressure not the gas rate .for example if the appliance had the wrong injectors u would have the same gas pressure but differant gas rates.the accurate method is from the meter

There should be a plate attached somewhere that will tell you the info you need.... I think the boiler has a variable output which can be adjusted but it needs doing with a gas gauge ("U" tube ) .. not guesswork.
You will need to take the fire front off to find the info plate which should be on the boiler cover plate.

probably 40,000 btu's .turn boiler on and time 1 revolution of the dial on front of gas meter and i can tell you exactly the input of your boiler alternatively fit new radiators and see if they work.
