i just got an mp4 player on saturday 4-28-07 and it froze on me and i'm trying to contact that person who sold it on ebay.does anyone know a website that fixes mp4 players.is there anyway that i can fix it myself

i have read your problems about mp3/mp4 player i think formating your device can fix it, hard drive is always the problem in format error and empty disk.. i think it will work. use a computer formating your device, go to my computer, find your device then rigth click on your mouse and you will see format, click format or quick format, then click start

if your mp3 player says format error maybe the format of the song is wmp format, remember it must be mpe format to be able to play that in your mp3, 2nd try to format your mp3 player using your computer,
