Whenever I play a song it plays basically the background music with no main singer, well there is but you barely can hear him. Its like it ripped all the songs in half, the same thing happens when I change batteries, delete everything, add new songs on etc etc.

And I dont have my installation Cd....

Looks like it might be a problem with your headphones/socket - with the L/R channels being listened to...

i had same problem.you need cd to install software .from there you can download update drivers,whilst your player is plugged in to pc.if you dont have cd maybe you can contact me and i will copy mine and send it to you
