I have BIASI gas boiler. It has two options of being on - summer "sun" meaning HEATING OFF / HOT WATER ON, and winter "snow flake" meaning HEATING ON / HOT WATER ON. For last 6 months it was alright and it was working as it's supposed to. But recently even when I put the summer option to turn off the heating while keeping the HOT WATER ON it still pumps the hot water to the radiators round the flat. I'm completely confused. However I switch it boiler forces the heating. Question, if anyone knows, is why?

The gland on the DHW demand switch is leaking water into the switch and the boiler thinks theres a DHW demand . However the diverter is in the CH position and the result is 55°C water to the rads.

It needs a CORGI as thegas valve has to be removed to do the repair.
