Fix Fault Polaroid 0700

I have a Polaroid PDV-0700 and i want to play mp3 on it, but, i can´t, have some way to make it play MP3 songs?

I have a 7" Polaroid dvd player pdv-0700. The Screen turns half white and half black when it is turned on. How can this be fixed?

Do you know where I can send my Polaroid DVD Player PDV-0700 for repair? It just does not work and I hear something rattling around inside?

When I try to play a DVD in the player (Polaroid PDV-0700) it says that the door is open when it is not. How can I get it to recognize the door is closed and play the DVD?

The screen lights up and image can be seen very faintly in the background. Sound is ok...I've checked the obvious...Any suguestions or should i get a new one?

The DVD door dosen't stay closed and now it turns on but nothing comes up
