Fix Fault Armitage Shanks

Low flush press button armitage shanks model .

it is an armitage shanks dual flush toilet. Toilet still fills after float is at the top.

Had an armitage shanks toilet in house we rented. when we moved out the landlord says that the limescale is so bad that we have to buy him a new toilet. Is he trying it on to get our money?
