the door i stuck

The inner glass has shattered and I want to replace it rather than buy new but the glass looks to be glued on. Can it be replaced?

machine ,fills tumbles and pumps out water but will not spin on any program

Our WNF6221 goes thru all the process but when it should go to the spin dry cycle it just remains in wash mode. Any ideas how to fix?
