Fix Fault Flamerite

My flamerite fire has stopped working. I've changed fuse and put new battery in remote. Checked to see if power going OK into fire and that's fine. Any ideas? Not sure if make and model of fire

I have a Flamerite electric fire with a Type F01 remote. How do I replace the battery please as I cannot get the remote apart? Battery is a CR2032 3v

Does the door on the fire need to be closed or open when pressing the flame button

i have a flamerite fire model otello 1500 watt. will not come on .red light flashes on main control. put new batteries in remote .still not working. no fuses in side fire.

I have tried resetting it but it still wont work. Help
