personal word processor PA-W1410?

my word processor will not read the disc or store what I type it tells me on screen no disc insert disc try again
I have had word processor a few years and still use same disc would this need replacing if so where can I purchase one - at what cost
stores Ive been too do not sell them anymore as
computers have taken over

Sory to tell you that, but the floppies are no longer made.
Also, the ribons are also no longer made.

And yes, computers have totaly replaced electronic typewriter based elementary word processors.
It mainly because the computer solution allows the manipulation of much longer documents and offers a fantastic freedom in formating, typography styles and layout.
They also allow you to insert tables and images in your documents.

Your model is going to become museum displays.
