I have a Craig 4gb mp4 player. the manufactured date is June 2009. the model number is CMO616F. the problem i'm having is, it was working like a week ago, then monday i turned it on and it shows the loading signal, and it cuts back off!!! and then it comes back on and does the same thing!!! should i get a new mp4 or it can be fixed. if it can't be fixed will i be able to get my music off of it? (to reset it, i have to go to the menu, but it will not stay on)
