accidently put the child lock on dont know how to fix, i dont have tv remote or a manual. can only use the buttons on the tv.

You are not helping, are you? You don't mention the make or the model of the TV.

Find these then, for goodness sake, help yourself. You should be able to download a manual off the makers website. If not - it may be a cheapo store in-house brand - you may have some luck asking here.
