I have a delonghi ed8525s sbd and the microwave is not working!?

I have a delonghi ed8525s sbd the oven and grill both work but the microwave wont heat or defrost. What's going on please?

Microwave has suddenly stopped working. It tripped the fuse box in the kitchen but not the one in the plug! Now, I cannot get any power to oven whatsoever. Anyone any ideas??
