hot water wont heat up,halstead ace high 0086?

boiler running 4 heating,but valve wont kick in, to heat hot water.the pin in the valve wont come out to make contact with the switch. possible air lock? or sensor ?

How can i fix my Halstead Ace Combi Boiler?

Domestic Hot water keeps locking out after 10 minutes. Checked all thermo's, cleaned the DHW and still nothing. The wierd thing is that the Central Heating works fine. Any ideas??
