How to fix crack in Lexan (plastic) bowl of Cuisinart/KitchenAid processor?

A crack thru the plastic causes liquids to leak. Any safe material to hold it fast, and not interact with the food? I would like to avoid having to $$ replace the bowl of this vintage Cuisinart.
